Terrell Owens Gets To Play For The Cincinnati Bengals With His Boyfriend Chad OchoCinco For $2 Million
UpDate: Terrell Owens is no longer homeless and has signed with the Cincinnati Bengals!!! He will get to play along with Chad OchoCinco Johnson for the biggest pay cut ever… $2 Million for one year contract. This is a huge drop from his $6.5 million that he received last year with Buffalo.
These two are calling a lot of trouble with their reality shows on VH1, lets see what type of damage they cause in Good Ol’ Cincy!!!
Aw how sweet… Terrell Owens wants to play football with his
butt buddy Chad Ochocinco… Details below:
According to TMZ reports:
Still unemployed wide receiver Terrell Owens told us just how far he’d cut his salary to play for the Cincinnati Bengals – saying he’d play for “half” of what he made last year with the Buffalo Bills.
We spoke to T.O. yesterday in L.A. – and he told us he definitely wants to play for a contender (and alongside his buddy Chad Ochocinco) — but the money’s got to be right too. Owens made $6.5 million last year in Buffalo.
As TMZ first reported on Friday – T.O. remains very close to a deal with the Bengals, and if the two sides can agree on money he could be in Cincy for the start of training camp on Thursday.
They think they want to play on the same team, but there’s no way the Bengals have enough room on the roster for both these guys egos!
A scheduled Nicki Minaj concert that was suppose to take place in Canada has been canceled unexpectedly.
The Harajuku Barbie who’s said to performing around the world, was scheduled to perform at Toronto’s Sound Academy, Monday August 2nd but broke the news to fans herself that the show was off.
According to Nicki, her Canadian concert was canned because she was deemed “dangerous” and she told her nearly 1 million followers on Twitter,
“The Concert in Toronto was cancelled due to circumstances beyond my control. Canada thinks I’m dangerous. Sorry u guyz. We’ll figure it out.”
She later went back and deleted the message from her Twitter account.
Promoters for the event tell a different story however and have released a statement on their website saying that it was actually Minaj and her management team who decided to cancel the scheduled show, not Canadian officials, which they call a “clear” breach of agreement.
Your Outlet To Entertainment, better known as Y.O.T.E. Inc., regretfully announces the cancellation of their August 2nd concert:”The Summer is Hotter” featuring Nicki Minaj live at the Sound Academy, 11 Polson St.
“Unfortunately a decision made by Nicki Minaj and her management not to appear at the August 2nd concert at the Sound Academy has forced us to cancel this concert. We hope that the media will help us to spread the word of this cancellation to the masses so that all tickets purchased can be refunded.”
Representation for Y.O.T.E. Inc. has assured STE Media that the decision not to perform was a choice made solely by Minaj and her management and notwithstanding the best efforts of Mr. Graham and Y.O.T.E. Inc. to accommodate Nicki Minaj and her entourage, she has chosen not to perform in clear breach of the Agreement between the parties.
“It is the objective of Y.O.T.E. Inc. to satisfy our clients with the acts they want to see. At all of our past concerts and events, Y.O.T.E. Inc. has always delivered the artists scheduled to perform, so Nicki Minaj deciding not to appear is a huge disappointment to her fans.” Mark Graham’”

n a recent interview, Shyne spoke on the Manhattan nightclub shooting that put him in prison for ten-year.
The rapper mentioned that he was defending himself and Diddy and that’s what lead to the shootout.
“I can tell you I was defending myself and the muthaf*ckas that was with me,” Shyne explains. “Listen, I live my life for what’s right. When I grew up, death and harsh consequences and spending the rest of your life in the pen is a matter of fact. It’s not somethin’ that you read about in the newspaper…In my life, when I make decisions to roll, I roll. And I don’t give a f*ck what the consequences are. If I’ma defend myself, I’ma defend myself. If somebody tryna kill or hurt one of my partnas or my comrades that’s with me, there is no, ‘Yo… or D*mn, well, if I pull this sh*t out, this is what’s gonna happen.’ No! I don’t wanna die. I don’t wanna be laid up in no f*ckin’ hospital with a tube runnin’ through me, hurtin’ and sufferin’. Pain is real. So you know what? I’m not doin’ that. You gon’ do that, muthaf*cka. You gon’ roll and say hi to Satan, not me. And that’s that. After the fact, you deal with it. Your survival instincts tell you to protect and preserve, and you deal with whatever later.”
The shootout happened back in 1999.
The fracas broke out on December 27, 1999, at a Manhattan nightclub where Shyne, Sean “Diddy” Combs with then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez and their entourage had been partying. Around 3 a.m., Combs and Shyne allegedly began arguing with another group of patrons. Someone threw money at Combs, a gesture of disrespect, and guns started going off. Three bystanders were shot. Shyne, who police found with a pistol in his waistband, was arrested after bystanders identified him as one of the shooters. Shyne received a 10-year prison. Barrow has always claimed he acted in self-defense and only fired his gun after the other group, Matthew “Scar” Allen and his crew began shooting.
Dwyane Wade is on the way to his next ring and feels that the world is not giving the Miami Heat any credit for putting together a great team. Wade feels that the roster his team is rocking with the upcoming season is priceless, so all the hate that the franchise and Lebron James is receiving is not necessary.
Pop the Top for More of Dwyane Wade’s Thoughts
“I think we did a really good job putting this (Heat) group together,” Wade said Sunday before his game, which ended a week-long string of charity events in South Florida. “It’s a better job than what people want to give us credit for, or what people thought we could do.”
“The biggest thing is experience. I think experience is underrated in this league sometimes,” Wade said. “You just can’t put a price on it. The last few years, we were a young team, and now we’re a veteran team up and down the roster. That’s the biggest thing we gained. And that’s key.”
“He (Riley) had the final say, but there was constant communication with Coach Riley. I was always giving my thoughts on guys who we knew would be out there,” Wade said. “We wanted guys who would understand what we’ll deal with, from the outside. Inside the locker room, we wanted character guys, and not necessarily the best talent. We were looking for guys who could check their ego for a great cause, and I think we’ve gotten that.”
“We’re going to be wearing a bullseye. But that’s what you play for,” Wade said. “We enjoy the bullseye. Plus, there’s going to be times when we lose 2-3 games in a row, and it seems like the world has crashed down. You all (media) are going to make it seem like the World Trade is coming down again, but it’s not going to be nothing but a couple basketball games.
“When the schedule comes out, people will be looking for the Lakers and Heat, to see when they play us. I feel like I’m a new player in Miami. That’s how excited I am.”
So, they didn’t necessarily want the best talent but they sought after what is known to be in the best player in the league… OOOOOHHHHH KKKKKKKKK!!!
We’ve been showing you pre-booty injected Nicki Minaj pics since day one, but if you still care to see more…Pop it to peep lil flattycakes Onika Maraj…
Neil Grant (who introduced me to the Nicki scenario way back when) took this pic of me and Nicki Minaj when she was signed to Full Force & she had joined my Son Lou$tar’s rap group “The Hoodstars” (also featured rapper Svn-Up & her fiance’ Safaree Samuels who I always believed in as a real talent much more than the hype-man he is for Nicki now & with them she was groomed while honing her skills under the guide of Lou$tar & Svn-Up. Congrats to Nicki with all of her success. As a solo act, we took her to every record company including DefJam/Rockefella & G-Unit but at that time,no label or rap crew wanted to deal with female rappers. We parted with Nicki amicably but I still told her to jump on MySpace and do her thing to create a buzz. She did that and was founded by her ex mgr Fendi & for 2 years, she grinded until Lil Wayne discovered her on a Mixtape DVD.
And another one:
Just when you thought she couldn’t get dumber, Sarah Palinsurprises us again. This time, she’s not writing words on her hand, she’s making them up. Pop it to hear how huked on fonix didn’t wurk fer her.
Sarah Palin has to be one of the dumbest people on earth. She appeared on Sean Hannity’s Fox News Show to blast Obama for tolerating the NAACP’s accusations of racism in the Tea Party movement. In her attempts to sound intelligent she threw in a word from her personal “Fictionary:” Refudiate.
Palin claimed it’s “divisive” for the NAACP to call out racist elements in the Tea Party movement. She then proceeded to toss in words from her personal Fictionary and said, “They [The Obamas] could refudiate what it is that this group [The Tea Party] is saying. They could set the record straight.”
Bloggers immediately picked up on her gaff and reserved criticism of her until she took to Twitter and used that sh*t again! She called out supporters of a Mosque being built near Ground Zero in
New York. Palin wrote, “Ground Zero Mosque supporters: doesn’t it stab you in the heart, as it does ours throughout the heartland? Peaceful Muslims,
Twitter followers immediately began clowning her for making up words and began re-tweeting the statements even after she deleted them from her personal account. One blogger wrote, “If Sarah Palin used all the right words, the idea expressed would still be just as wrong. So I refudiate this judgmentation of her wordery.” Palin tried to defend her stupidity by posting this tweet:“‘Refudiate,’ ‘misunderestimate,’ ‘wee-wee’d up.’ English is a living language. Shakespeare liked to coin new words too. Got to celebrate it!”
Refudiate?! B*tch that ain’t even a word! It doesn’t matter how many speeches she gives, animals she shoots, cities she can see from her house or fake reconciliations her daughter has, she CANNOT be taken seriously as a candidate for a high-ranking political office. That would be a pure debaucheration of our nation in this dancery.
According to Chicago Sun-Times columnist Mary Mitchell, you might be a “ghetto parent” if you:
- Curse around, and at, a child.
- Brawl with your man or woman in front of your child.
- Let your child roam the streets until somebody else’s mother has to tell the child to go home.
- Put your child off on friends and relatives because you want to hang out in the street.
- Get so hooked on substances that Family Services has to remove your children and place them with strangers.
An African-American herself, Mitchell coined the phrase a few weeks ago in her article “Ghetto Parenting Dooms Kids,” a heartbreaking and far too common story. In 1994, a young man from Chicago named Derrick Lemon witnessed his baby brother being thrown out of a 14th floor apartment building. Fast forward 16 years and Lemon has been found guilty of killing his aunt’s boyfriend. The details of Lemon’s life and the extremely bad parenting exhibited by his mother, Toni Morse, can be read in more detail here.
While Mitchell uses Lemon’s story as an example of how a “victim of ghetto parenting can turn out,” it’s the phrase “ghetto parenting” that everyone from the New York Times to Babble and My Brown Baby is talking about. Mitchell says she knew that people would be offended by her choice of words and followed up with “C’Mon, You Know Ghetto When You See It” in which she sites Britney Spears as the most high-profile example of a “ghetto parent.”
Some critics are saying that Mitchell is racializing bad parenting and making it a black thing. But Mitchell says that she never made “ghetto” apply to an ethnic group in the original column, and says you do not have to be poor or black or Hispanic or anything else to fit her description. I agree that bad parents come in every race, color, creed, gender, economic and religious background.
We use the word ghetto to describe outfits, personalities, habits, and now, parenting skills…is the term OK to use? How many times have you been a “ghetto parent” (according to Mitchell’s list) and cursed in front of your kids? Are people being too sensitive when it comes to “ghetto”?
You know people hate you when they name a beer ‘Quitness’ in your honor. More after the jump.
LeBron James‘ hatred continues to spread throughout Cleveland as Great Lakes Brewing Co. has created their own special brew in the ‘The King’s’ honor. ‘Quitness’ is a dry hopped India pale ale, that manages to leave a noticeable bitter aftertaste in the boozer’s mouth after they take a few swigs. It’s definitely a fitting drink considering that LeBron completely b***h slapped an entire state with not just his decision to leave the Cavaliersfor the Heat, but in devoting an hour-long special to it. The company says that about 30 gallons of “Quitness” has already been sold in the three hours it was available on Wednesday.
